Hi Steve, I tried this recipe as I struggle to let go of the concept of puddings and a bit of sweetness in my life.

Unlike a lot of other recipes for low carb ‘treats’, there are no unusual ingredients (cauliflower brownies anyone?) and no sugar replacements.

The recipe worked a treat and the berries give a decent hit of sweetness. My fitness pal reckons these muffins have only 2 grams of carb per muffin and 1 gram of sugar, which is great.

Hi Steve ,I see Caitlyn sometimes and she looks great. I spoke to her the other day about what sort of foods I can and can’t eat . So I was hoping you could please put them on your page, so we could all look as great as Caitlyn. Thanks Sharyn
